Our approach

Useful comes first.
Beautiful should help.

AgriFolder starts with a familiar problem: important information spread across papers, phones, email, and memory.

Make the next step obvious.

Farm software should be understandable to the person who picks up the phone to save a receipt, as well as the person reviewing the records at a desk. That means plain language, readable text, clear delivery status, and a short path through everyday tasks.

Keep the source and the story.

A property’s history is more useful when it includes the record behind the summary. Our pilot keeps original files and review history. The goal is to make the archive easier to understand as more people and seasons become part of it.

Grow from a focused pilot.

AgriFolder is being developed for a private family-farm pilot. The working core covers property pages, document uploads, search, review, and exports. Hosted access, the phone experience, simple grain storage, and selected data connections are the next work. Public availability and pricing have not been announced.

Be clear about what is known.

Example farms and artwork are illustrative. Guides link their supporting sources. Planned connections are described as planned, and unclear records should stay open for review. We want the product’s usefulness to be easy to assess.

AgriFolder publishes its own guides under the AgriFolder name. These cover organization workflows; they do not claim to replace an agronomist, accountant, or a record’s original source.
