Public website and contact messages

The public site does not use advertising trackers. The checklist saves checked items in your browser. Our server processes ordinary connection details to serve pages and limit abuse. The contact form saves the name, email, topic, and message you provide on our server in Canada. We use these details to respond. Resend delivers notification emails, and our support inbox uses Google Workspace.

Your private farm workspace

Farm documents, storage amounts, original files, and login records are held on our own server. Farm data is available to invited members of that operation. Public guides and search sitemaps do not include private farm records. The app uses a secure session cookie; the phone uploader uses browser storage to keep pending uploads and limited workspace context on that device.

Connected services

Resend delivers requested sign-in links. Optional AI document reading stays disabled until configured; when enabled, supported originals and notes are sent to the selected provider for that purpose. Optional map layers may contact their imagery provider when you turn them on. Unconnected services do not receive your farm documents.

Ask about your information

Email foreman@agrifolder.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion. The workspace also offers an export of records and originals. We may need to confirm your access before handling a request. This page will change as the pilot adds working services.
