How AgriFolder works
Simple in the field.
Useful at your desk.
Start with the place, keep the original, and add just enough context to make it useful later.
Put the place first.
Farm names are familiar. A property page gives documents, maps, and history a shared home. A record can stay in the inbox when its location is uncertain, so capturing it does not depend on solving every detail at once.
Explore property recordsMake capture a short job.
The phone flow focuses on choosing a property, adding files or a camera photo, leaving an optional note, and seeing delivery status. The broader workspace is there when someone needs to review and organize the details.
Offline queue behavior is being developed and tested. Actual phone installation and background transfers still need device testing before the family pilot expands.
Keep a way back to the source.
A helpful description makes a document easier to find. The original explains what the description came from. The pilot keeps original files, review history, and downloadable exports so a correction does not erase the evidence behind it.
